Biography

Nav Randhawa joined Sovereign Law Group as an Associate after being called to the British Columbia Bar in 2016. His practice is focused on civil litigation, criminal defense, and family law. He also handles residential and commercial tenancy disputes and has successfully represented his clients before the Residential Tenancy Branch. Nav has appeared before both the Provincial Court of British Columbia and the Supreme Court of British Columbia for hearings and trials in each.

Nav completed his Juris Doctor at Bond University in Queensland, Australia. Prior to attending law school, Nav obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Simon Fraser University.

Nav provides practical solutions to his clients with his compassionate approach and attention to detail.

On his spare time, Nav enjoys spending time with his family and friends and keeps active by playing golf and hockey.
